We are in a constant pursuit of sustainable, independently grown, fresh and responsibly harvested foods whether those are local asparagus, morels, dairy or tomatoes, Missouri pasture raised poultry, or a Red Ahi Tuna from Honolulu Fish Market. Our food is always fresh and comforting while staying innovative and playful.
